Who we are

Form & Fixture is a bathroom design studio operating as a registered business name of Perrem. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Form & Fixture. You can reach us at hello@formandfixture.com.au.

The service

We produce design documentation for wet areas: scaled floor plans, internal elevations, reflected ceiling plans and FF&E schedules. We design, you build. We do not carry out building work.

Design intent, not certification

Our drawings are design intent, drawn to build from. You remain responsible for compliance with the National Construction Code and all applicable standards, for waterproofing, and for any certification, engineering or approvals your project requires. Our documentation is not a substitute for those.

Verify dimensions and quantities on site

Our drawings are prepared from the plans, measurements and information you provide, which we rely on as accurate and complete. We do not attend or measure on site.

Before ordering any materials or commencing work, you, as the builder or homeowner, are responsible for verifying on site all dimensions, levels, set-out, services and quantities, and for confirming the design suits actual site conditions. Quantities and schedules are indicative only and are not a guarantee of the materials required. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any cost, delay, rework or loss arising from dimensions, quantities or site conditions that were not verified on site, or from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied to us.

Pricing and payment

Prices are fixed and inclusive of GST. One-off designs are charged per package. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Work begins once payment is received and you have sent the plans and brief we need.

Membership

Membership is $75 per week, billed weekly by Stripe until cancelled. While your membership is active you receive member rates, white-label drawings, priority turnaround and access to the member toolkit. You can cancel anytime through your billing portal; cancellation stops future billing and member rates from the end of the current period. Member rates apply only while membership is active.

White-label

Members may present the drawings as their own work. On payment, you receive a licence to use the documentation for the project it was prepared for. We retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates and standard details.

Turnaround

Turnaround times are indicative, not guaranteed, and depend on the information you provide. Members are given priority.

Revisions and refunds

We want the documentation to work for you. If something is not right against the brief, contact us and we will make it right. Because the work is bespoke and begins on order, fees are generally non-refundable once design has started, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant design.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
