Most builders have no way to draw a bathroom in-house, so it gets designed on the fly on site. We give you a capability you didn't have: every wet area locked and drawn before site, which kills client scope creep and takes you off site babysitting the setout.

How it works ›

The missing middle

Until now, a builder had two options for a bathroom.

Neither one works for a single wet area. So most bathrooms get built off a floor plan and figured out on site.

Option one

Build off the DA floor plan.

No elevations, no setout, no fixture positions. The bathroom gets designed on the fly, explained to the carpenters and subbies on site, and steered by the client as they go. That is where scope creep, rework and constant site attendance come from.

Cost: paid in PM time and rework

Option two

Pay an architect or designer for full scope.

Twenty to forty thousand dollars, and most will not take on a single bathroom in isolation, preferring full scope across the whole home. The builder would happily have the documentation; the homeowner rarely sees the value or has the budget for it.

Cost: $20k to $40k+

The middle

Working elevations for every wet area.

A complete, drawn package per bathroom at a fraction of designer cost. The room is locked before site, the client cannot move the goalposts, and your staff and subbies build straight off the setout without you there to explain it.

Cost: from $795 per design

The price sits so far below full scope that it reads as obvious value, while still being professional, considered work. This is not cheap drafting.

What do I send you?

Your DA plans or a floor plan, plus a short brief on the look and budget. That is enough to start.

How long does it take?

A few business days for a standard package. Members jump the queue ahead of non-members, so their designs come back faster.

Can I put my own branding on it?

Yes, that is the membership. Every drawing goes out white-labelled under your name, so your client sees your studio, not ours.

Do you build the bathroom?

No. We design, you build. The package is design intent drawn to build from. Compliance, waterproofing and certification stay with the builder.

Whose job is it to check dimensions and quantities?

Yours. Our drawings are design intent prepared from the plans and information you provide. Before you order materials or build, you, as the builder or homeowner, must verify all dimensions, levels, set-out and quantities on site. We do not measure on site and do not warrant quantities.

What does it cost?

A one-off bathroom is $1,300 and a powder room is $795. Members pay $75 a week plus member rates ($1,100 and $649), with white-labelling and priority included.
