Form & Fixture, a registered business name of Perrem, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Details you send us: your name, email and the project information you share through the enquiry form or by email.
- Order and membership records: what you bought, your email and your white-label studio name.
- Basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and deliver the design service.
- To manage orders, membership and billing.
- To improve the site and our service.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers that run our service: Stripe for payments, Supabase for secure data storage, our email provider for notifications, and our hosting and analytics providers. Where we run advertising, an advertising pixel may record that you visited or enquired; this is used to measure and improve our ads.
Where it is stored
Our records are stored in a database hosted in Australia. Some providers, such as Stripe, may process data overseas under their own safeguards.
Your choices
